Job Detail

Lead a team of Associate Engineers and Technicians in executing all test-related activities for Server & Rack products during production. Support and implement PXE Server configuration for products. Perform and maintain Server & Rack run-in testing processes. Conduct and oversee burn-in and power testing processes. Liaise with customers, headquarters, and factory teams for test program implementation, updates, and maintenance. Analyze product failures in production and collaborate with stakeholders to drive improvements. Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities. Maintain and update the Test Program Master List and associated tracking tools. Prepare, update, and maintain Working Instructions (W/I) for test procedures. Provide training to production teams based on W/I. Support the New Product Introduction (NPI) process. Assist production teams during mass production runs. Participate in ISO compliance activities, including implementation and maintenance
