• Perform large or complicated project account management for projects of infrastructure system integration (NRE), operation, and transformation to client business development, NPI and product launch. • Manage on project team forming, project schedule , scope of work, project financial, delivery quality and customer expectation • Expert on infrastructure operation such as manufacturing operation, cost management (quotation, NRE, EOL ,etc ), and asset management • Be an owner of revenue, profit and loss (P&L), growth objectives (opportunity identification, qualification, and pricing) on the assigned account projects. • Perform client contract management, manage contract scope, commitments, and responsibilities of all parties • Own client satisfaction results and are responsible for all set/met agreements with the client . • Acts as a liaison between the Client (both internal and external), BPM, Operation, SCM. Engineering and Client on project-related issues with supervision, ensuring that their needs are being met • Day to day involvement with projects from study setup, questionnaire input, project handling, quality control, and job analysis
