Provide support to students with special needs through implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs), in-class assistance, and withdrawal interventions. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to address learning and behavioral needs. Develop teaching resources, facilitate skills training, support peer interactions, maintain student records, and monitor progress to enhance students’ academic, social, and emotional development.
The candidate should possess a Diploma in Special Education and have at least three years of relevant working experience in MOE mainstream schools supporting students with or suspected of special educational needs (SEN). In addition, the candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience conducting School-based Dyslexia Remediation (SDR).
