1) Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 2 years working experience in precision machining. Those without Diploma but with more than 10 years of experience may be considered 2) Knowledge of the different machining processes and heat-treatment and surface processes 3) Knowledge of computer aided design (CAD) and (CAM) 4) Must be good in problem solving and be a team player. 5) Must have good initiative and process leadership quality
