Lead project teams to manage and supervise production works, ensuring timely delivery. Plan, prioritise tasks, and allocate manpower and equipment resourceMonitor work progress on vessels and in workshops. Conduct meetings with subcontractors, supervisors, and ship staff to clarify scope, coordinate schedules, and handle contractual matters. Ensure work meets specifications, quality standards, and Class/Owner requirements; arrange inspections and surveys. Perform other tasks as assigned. Chair safety coordination meetings to ensure safe execution of work, including hot and hazardous activities. Ensure all operations comply with Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality (HSEQ) policies. Take responsibility for workforce safety and health. Act as shipyard’s main representative for refits, conversions, or new builds. Manage project specifications, track scope changes, assist with quotes, and facilitate billing. Control project costs and maintain effective HSEQ programs. Provide customer service and maintain good relationships with superintendents, ship officers, and ship owners. Serve as key project contact and participate in business relations, marketing visits, and promotional activities. Have knowledge of specialised workshops. Perform night duties, attend to vessel needs on weekends/public holidays, and travel locally or abroad as needed. Drive innovation and continual improvement. Hold a minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relevant marine trade training. Demonstrate leadership, teamwork, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
