The role involves providing frontline customer service by handling enquiries via phone and in person, and rendering assistance to students and staff. Responsibilities include managing and compiling data, drafting simple correspondences, collecting and verifying documents, and carrying out general office administrative duties. The position also supports ad-hoc logistics and operational needs, as well as other general duties or projects assigned by the school.

Job Requirements

Applicants should possess at least one relevant qualification, such as a Certificate in Office Skills, Certificate in Business Skills (Accounting), NITEC in Office Skills, NITEC in Service Skills (Office), Higher NITEC in Business Studies (Administration), or a minimum of three GCE O-Level passes in English, Mathematics, and ESS, or equivalent subjects including numeracy. A minimum of two years of relevant working experience in customer service and general administration is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is expected, and basic knowledge of first aid would be an added advantage.
