Degree holder At least 2 - 5 years of experience in project, stakeholder and budget management. Excellent written, communication and presentation skills. Excellent negotiation and people management skills. Analytical and organised, able to translate concepts into actionable goals. Prior experience in volunteer management will be an added advantage. Flexiblility to work evenings and weekends as needed, and willingness to travel locally for meetings, events and volunteer outreach activities. Crisis management and service recovery skills. Adept at Microsoft Office
