• CCTV & Admin Access System Management: Serve as the super admin for CCTV and admin access systems, ensuring their functionality, maintenance, and user access control. • Documentation Management: Oversee the creation, updating, and management of security-related documents, ensuring they comply with internal policies and regulations. • Vendor Management & Service Level Agreements: Monitor security vendor performance to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). Conduct special checks on vendors to ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and security standards. • Assist in Security Audits: Provide support during internal and external security audits, ensuring that all required documentation and information is available for auditors. • RFI & RFQ for APAC: Manage Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Quotation (RFQ) in the APAC region, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries. • Operational duties: Assist Security Manager in security operations for all the warehouses ex. Investigations, advising of policies, procedures managing of agency security officers.
• At least five (5) years of in security management experience in industrial and/or commercial/ developments. • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Security Management, Business Administration). • Strong knowledge of security systems and familiarity with local regulatory guidelines and standards • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills; able to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders • agency security officers.
