Responsible for the installation, commissioning, repairing and maintenance job of Company’s products and components at customers’ sites. Maintain work quality by providing efficient service and technical support to customers. Liaise with customers and internal team relating to technical and service issues. Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of service reports and other records. Support sales to get service orders Identify sales opportunities within our install base. Provide product training to customers as required. Ensure that health and safety standards are followed.
ITE / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering Minimum 2 years of sales application experience in the Electronic, Semiconductor, Biomedical, Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Pharmaceutical industries Knowledge of pumps and field experiences can be an advantage but not mandatory Existing technical or field engineer who has a flair for sales can be highly considered Must posses own vehicle
