Business Development & Sales Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow revenue. Reach out to corporate clients for events, roadshows, brand activations and advertising opportunities within the venue. Conduct cold calling, sales pitching, and partnership outreach. Corporate Events & Space Monetization Promote as a venue for corporate events, private functions, and brand activations. Develop event proposals including space rental, catering, and event concepts. Package and monetize high-traffic areas for brand banners, pop-ups and marketing activations. Client & Partner Management Build strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and event organisers. Event Planning & Execution from concept to completion. Coordinate with tenants, vendors and operations teams for smooth event execution. Ensure all health, safety and operational standards are met. Marketing & Promotion, work with marketing teams to develop sales materials and campaigns promoting as an event venue.

Job Requirements

Minimum diploma or above in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering Relevant working experience with electrical/mechanical repair will be an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Office Effective communication skill, analytical and judgemental skills required.   Self-starter and ability to manage, develop and execute plans and objectives in a timely and effective manner. High level of integrity, discipline and self-motivated.      Able to work independently and in teams. Must have Singapore Class 3 / 3A driving license (company van)
