IT Technical Project Manager - AI/Digital Transformation (Contract 18 Months)

Technical Project Delivery Convert business objectives into structured functional and technical specifications. Oversee end-to-end delivery of DX initiatives Monitor progress milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed effectively and on schedule. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to manage scope, budget, and delivery expectations. Risk, Governance & Process Oversight Design and implement (SOPs) to support newly introduced system Maintain accurate, complete, and updated system and process documentation. Ensure adherence to organisational policies, including Data Protection, Information Security, AI Governance, and IT standards, and conduct periodic compliance reviews. Proactively detect, escalate, and resolve project risks and operational issues. Supervise vendor support activities and ensure timely issue resolution. Provide administrative coordination and planning support for DX team activities. Stakeholder Engagement & Change Enablement Lead deployment planning, data transition activities, and business readiness initiatives to support successful system adoption. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to facilitate change, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement. Deliver regular progress reports and presentations to senior management and governance panels.
