Product Development & Curation Design, develop and manage a portfolio of luxury travel experiences, bespoke itineraries, and unique destination products Identify emerging travel trends and curate distinctive travel experiences including private tours, experiential stays, and exclusive access experiences Conduct market research and competitor analysis to ensure product competitiveness and innovation Develop themed travel packages (culture, gastronomy, wellness, adventure, luxury escapes) Supplier & Partnership Management Source and establish partnerships with luxury hotels, boutique resorts, destination management companies, and exclusive experience providers Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and preferred supplier agreements Maintain strong relationships with international partners to ensure high service standards Commercial Strategy & Performance Manage product pricing strategies, margins, and profitability Monitor product performance, booking trends, and revenue metrics Optimise product portfolio based on market demand and customer insights Customer Experience & Quality Ensure all travel products deliver exceptional service standards aligned with luxury travel expectations Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless customer journeys Continuously enhance experiences through customer feedback and industry insights Collaboration & Marketing Work with marketing teams to develop compelling product campaigns and destination storytelling Support sales teams with product training and destination expertise
