Your Job As the Project Management (PJM), you will lead and oversee projects from initiation through planning, implementation, monitoring, and closure. You are accountable for the success of assigned projects, ensuring effective resource distribution across product families. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive New Product Introduction (NPI) procedures, continuous process enhancements, and timely project delivery. Your leadership and communication skills will be essential in influencing team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals and uphold PBM culture within the company. Our Team You will be part of the DSS division, collaborating with internal functional departments across Molex and engaging with external vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors. The team is focused on driving innovation through structured project management to support product development and capacity expansion. What You Will Do Lead companywide product family projects, ensuring alignment with NPI development procedures. Facilitate and coordinate cross-functional teams through project kick-off, scope definition, planning, execution, and closure stages. Develop and manage overall project schedules, defining critical paths and monitoring project progress to meet deadlines. Communicate project status reports regularly to team members and management, escalating critical issues promptly. Drive continuous improvement of NPI and Product Development Process (PDP) systems. Demonstrate strong leadership to influence and motivate teams and external stakeholders towards positive project outcomes. Perform additional duties as assigned by management related to project execution and process improvement.

Job Requirements

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) University degree or higher; engineering or business specialization preferred. Minimum 5 years of project management experience, particularly in product development projects. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional teams. Familiar with NPI project development procedures. Passionate leader with a “can-do” attitude and strong sense of urgency. Basic engineering knowledge including understanding of drawings, quality control, and product applications. Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Office, SAP, and Smartsheet. What Will Put You Ahead Experience working in a multinational company environment. Background in the connector industry or related product development. Strong presentation skills and finance/costing knowledge. Advanced project management capabilities and technical reporting skills.
