Job Detail

Ferry client to and from their home and centre for rehabilitation and/or day care programmes. Assist client in their ambulation and movement in the centre and during transferring up and down from transport. Conduct basic health monitoring support, e.g. temperature check, vitals, etc. Assist and guide clients in the performance of their prescribed exercise routines and programmes, both individual and in groups. Provide assistance to clients’ basic needs as needed, such as toileting, meals preparation, feeding, etc. Uphold infection control and safety protocols at all times. Support transportation arrangements for other programme needs, where necessary. Responsible to and liaise with Supervisor in all matters pertaining to administration. Report clients’ progress to Supervisor. Support documentation duties, where required, such as attendance taking, incident reporting, etc. Maintain cleanliness, basic maintenance, and regular servicing of the vehicle. Ensure workplace cleanliness at all times. Report any malfunctioning or wear and tear to Supervisor. Ensure safety in driving and in the care of clients at all times. Adhere to traffic and workplace safety regulations at all times. Assist in general duties at the centre as assigned by supervisor. Establish and maintain good working relationship with clients, caregivers and staff. Report to Supervisor of any incident or injury sustained by clients or staff or self, that may occur during the course of work.
