Lead in house automation projects on laout, build, troubleshoot, repair and modify developmental and production equipment Design, implement and test automated machines, programs, jig and fixtures to required job specification in an efficient and cost-effective manner Troubleshoot hardware, software and interace problems, maintaining the system to ensure full functionality and relability Setting up of new machines, transferring of equipment from customers and integration to existinf line Supervisde installation crews and support the installation work Project management on cost, scope and schedule to ensure on time deliver on the project within budget Participate in design reviews and documentation, update management on work progress Keep abreast of lastest developments in industrial automation technology and introduce them to plant wide operations to achieve cost saving and improve productivity Participate in design for manufacturability (EFM) and FMEA review on part designs for automation, moldability and manufacurability Initiate cost reduction automation project for improves profitability Ensure proper engineering documents as per TS169439 Assembly process tudy and line balancing Involve and lead Yield improvement projects Performan and lead Lean principal culture Must be able to work independently Submit reports accurately and on-time
