Job Detail

Responsible in developing plastic processing parameters with hand-on experience in mold setup, process optimization and problem solving Good knowledge of geometric dimensioning, hot runner systems application and scientific molding techniqueAnalyze mold flow analytsis, scientific study and provide improvement feedback Good knowledge in wide range of materials such as engineering plastic, liquid silicon rubber, thermal plastics, primer and epoxy Extensive experience in molding process setup, improvement and optimization Proficient in writeen, presentation and verbal communication Trouble shooting issues in scientific approach with the use engineering tools / techniques such as decoupled molding, sceientific modling approach, Tolerance Analysis, SPC, DOE and Six Sigma techniques Lead the team in problem solving - identification and analysis of problems and root causes Liaise with suppliers for mold outsourcing on all tooling related issue after mold test Maintain proper documentations in server for all tooling projects assigned; Ensure conformity to all ISO system requirements Participate and contribute in design for manufacturability (DFM) in tool designs review Ensure proper engineering documents as per TS169439 and ISO9001 standard requirements Work with environmental health and safety to ensure that their areas are consistently in compliance with applicable health, safety and environment regulatory conerns Other ad-hoc duties that assigned by immediate supervisor
