Perform C and D heavy maintenance tasks and other tasks requested by the Licensed Aircraft Engineer/Duty Supervisor. Inspect and examine aircraft components, for leaks, cracks or defects Read and utilize drawings, maintenance breaks or other issues manuals, ATA codes, illustrated parts catalogues, service bulletins and other maintenance documents to troubleshoot and complete work assignments Perform routine maintenance operations, such as the replacement of power plant and aircraft components Perform daily and weekly inspections to check for cracks, oil leaks, burned areas, foreign object damage, warping, distortions and missing segments Complete all tasks in the allotted time frame and to the quality standards of our company, our customers and the authority. Order supplies, equipment, materials and parts for repairs and general maintenance Keep detailed records of the inspections performed, repairs finished, maintenance procedures and ordered parts
Minimum diploma in engineering, preferably in Aerospace or relevant certificates. 2 years of working experience in the aviation industry as a full fledge technician Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills Mechanically and electrically trained on aircraft systems Exposure on commercial aircrafts from Boeing and Airbus, wide and narrow bodied airframe Comfortable with shift work arrangement
