The roles and responsibilities of the Aerospace Technician (Engine Technician) are as follow: - Perform disassembly and assembly of engine or module for repair and overhaul - Replace or repair worn, defective, or damaged components, using hand tools, gauges, and testing equipment - Install engine components onto the engine or module - Perform troubleshooting, modification and maintenance work
- Minimum diploma in engineering, preferably in Aerospace or relevant certificates - 2 years of working experience in the aerospace industry as a full fledge technician - Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills - Mechanically and electrically trained on aircraft systems - Exposure on commercial aircrafts from Boeing and Airbus, wide and narrow bodied airframe - Comfortable with shift work arrangement
