Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking and cold outreach. Work closely with the HR team to create and implement effective business development strategies. Prepare and delivery presentations and proposals to potential clients Work to improve business revenue with existing clients Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify potential threats and opportunities Provide regular reports on business developments activities and results to senior management. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and conferences when necessary. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Management. Ensuring compliance to Singapore Laws, regulations, standards, guidelines, and norms in the course of work.
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any related discipline. Experienced in Business development/Sales in HR services with engineering background will be an advantage. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and close business opportunities. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships at various levels. Self-motivated, results driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable with networking, cold outreach, and business prospecting Strong organizational and reporting skills with attention to detail Knowledge of Singapore employment practices and regulatory considerations will be an advantage Positive attitude, adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
