Managing the full cycle of recruitment process of screening of resumes, conducting initial interview to assess candidate’s suitability, coordinating and scheduling of interviews between candidates and hiring managers, to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Build and maintain strong relationship with candidates, hiring managers and external partners. Managing candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process, ensuring a seamless transition for both the candidate and the client.

Job Requirements

Preferably posses CEI Licence HR Generalist or similar role, preferably with experience managing foreign employees, Strong knowledge of HR Practices, Labour Laws and regulation related to foreign workforce Management. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficient in HR Software and Microsoft Office Suit Strong organisation and time management skills. Minimum 3 years of related work experience in HR & Talent Acquisition
