Reports directly to the HOD/Aesthetics and Applied Science and/or the Operations Manager, and is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of the Creative Arts Complex (CAC), including facilities such as the Reflections Theatre, CCA rooms, and the VVIP room. The role manages the scheduled repair and maintenance of specialised CAC equipment, including sound and lighting systems, cherry picker, retractable seating, and AV accessories within the theatre, dressing rooms, and various CCA spaces such as the Guzheng, Dance, and Choir rooms. It also provides operational support for all activities and events held in the Reflections Theatre, including both performance and non-performance events. In addition, the role offers secondary support in facilities checks and feedback for areas such as the Indoor Sports Hall “The Arena” and “The Cage” during non-performance periods. Responsibilities also include supporting and coordinating the marketing and booking of the Reflections Theatre, providing AVA support for school operations when required, and mentoring students from the Media Club CCA in audiovisual operations.
