Following blueprints and assembly instructions to meticulously put together mechatronic components, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic parts. Using hand and power tools to assemble and install these components. Ensuring all parts are securely fastened and function correctly within the system. Conducting thorough inspections of assembled systems to identify any defects or inconsistencies. Operating diagnostic tools and equipment to test the functionality of the entire system. Calibrating and adjusting components as needed to ensure they meet performance specifications. Maintaining detailed records of the assembly and testing processes.
Organized, responsible, hardworking and able to work independently. Strong team player and hands-on person with good trouble-shooting skills. Able to work under tight schedules and meet assembly deadlines. Able to work overtime and weekends when required. Lift 20lbs, no allergies to latex, no asthma. Must be able to detect colors.
