Job Detail

Assist in processing payroll on a bi-weekly/monthly basis. Ensure accurate computation of wages, benefits, bonuses, deductions, and taxes. Maintain and update employee payroll records in HR and payroll systems. Handle employee inquiries related to payslips, tax forms, and salary discrepancies. Support the preparation of payroll reports for HR Manager. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal controls. Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll data. Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks Any other duties from manager

Job Requirements

At least 1 year of relevant experience in payroll or HR administration. Familiarity with payroll systems (Info-Tech). Good knowledge of labor laws and payroll regulations. Strong numerical and organizational skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in MS Excel and office software
