Release production jobs on time to meet customer delivery deadlines and requirements. Monitor job progress and identify potential delays. Collaborate with various departments (Quality, Sales, Store, Engineering) to ensure efficient production coordination. Generate Non-Conformance and Scrap inventory records in the ERP system to maintain accurate inventory data. Generate reports to compare total Production quantity against Sales Order quantity for verification. Update and generate reports as needed. Prepare buy documents for subcontracting purposes. File completed job documents in a systematic manner. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various departments. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Material & Subcontract (Sub-out) Follow-up Liaise with internal Purchaser on material readiness, delivery timing, and shortage follow-up. Track sub-out parts progress and ensure return schedule meets production requirement. Update Master Scheduler on material or sub-out delays that may impact production output. I4.0 System Involvement Participate in I4.0 system training to understand the system functions and data flow. Collaborate with the Master Scheduler and Machine Capacity Planner to manage and control the I4.0 dashboard. Ensure production data accuracy and timely updates in the system. Support continuous improvement of I4.0 system reporting and integration.
Knowledge of production administrative and inventory control principles. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems. Fast learning ability with a keen eye for detail. Responsible and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
