Executive - Mechanical & Electrical Engineer

Job Detail

Responsible for M&E services proposals for building and infrastructure projects encompassing conducting feasibility studies, resolution of technical issues, conceptual design, writing of specifications, budgeting, programming, procurement, design review, safety and quality assurance. Working with stakeholders, service providers, contractors and consultants, reviewing the providing value engineering solutions with the objective of achieving quality, compliance and value for money Support tender and execution of projects Review of sub-contractors’ proposal and design Work with respective sub-contractors (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, aircon, fire protection etc..) to produce shop drawings Integrate shop drawings into BIM system for feasibility review Familiar with oil tank construction and oil pipeline laying Coordinate site activities during construction Liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors etc. Ensure the smooth completion of the project Any other ad-hoc matters assigned by Management
