The successful candidate will be part of the HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) department to support Business CEO in assuring HSSE performance, including compliance to regulations and Sembcorp Group HSSE policies and standards through effective management system and robust surveillance programs. The responsibilities include but not limited to: Promulgate Sembcorp Group’s HSSE policy and standards. Implement and maintain HSSE Management System, procedures, and guidelines. Develop HSSE manual/plan and execute HSSE program and trainings. Advise Management on all HSSE related matters. Conduct HSSE compliance checks and audit programs at subsidiaries and GRS’ project / property sites (located in Singapore, Bangladesh, Oman & UAE). Provide coaching and guidance to the operation teams and HSSE representatives on the implementation of HSSE initiatives. Review procedures and standards of subsidiaries and align with Sembcorp Group’s standards. Stay updated on the relevant HSSE laws, regulations, and policies. Collate and analyse HSSE performance and trends and provide regular reporting. Support investigation of incidents/ accidents within business units Ensure alignment to Sembcorp Group’s Business Continuity Management Policy and Crisis Management framework. Perform other duties as assigned
