Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and cash flow management for the group. Analyse financial performance and provide insights for decision-making. Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly and year-end accounts, audited financial statements, and schedules. Prepare financial reports and presentation materials for management and stakeholders. Build collaborative partnerships with business units to support financial decision-making. Lead initiatives to improve policies, processes, and workflows. Promote adoption of digital tools to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Supervise finance operations, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance. Develop and implement processes to streamline workflows and improve productivity. Support system implementation projects and change management activities. Assist in new and ongoing projects to enhance finance processes and controls. Ensure adherence to organisational policies, board/council directives, and statutory regulations. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by Management to support the Finance function and organisational objectives.
Degree in Accountancy with ACCA/CPA or other professional accounting qualification. 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Preferably with knowledge of charity and/or non-profit finance experience. Proficiency in Oracle Fusion, MS Office applications (Advanced Excel skills) and data visualisation tools will be advantageous. Good internal and external stakeholder management skills. Possess strong sense of responsibility, initiative with good. interpersonal and communication skills. Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn. Resilient and confident in management of ambiguity. Fast learner who can work independently and as a team. Good organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise projects/task.
