Drafting of official agreements including NDAs, vendor agreements, service level agreements, licensing agreements and other business related contracts. Customize standard templates based on business requirements while ensuring legal protection. Liaise with internal teams to understand contract requirements and risks. Review external contracts to identify legal risks, propose amendments and ensure alignment with internal policies and applicable laws. Analyze contractual obligations and highlight any potential legal or operational risks. Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations. Keep abreast of changes in legal and regulatory frameworks and advise stakeholders accordingly.
Degree in business administration or related field. Preferably 3 to 5 years of relevant legal experience in contract drafting, vetting, and compliance. Strong drafting and legal writing skills. Understanding of corporate and commercial law. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance standards. Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
