Handled customer enquiries promptly while ensuring compliance with customers’ Standard Operating Procedures. Liaised with overseas agents on various requirements and rates, and prepared shipping documentation for LCL and FCL shipments. Coordinated closely with import and export operations to ensure accuracy in documentation and invoicing, while working with carriers, customers, and suppliers to ensure the smooth delivery of shipments. Arranged packing and labelling for Dangerous Goods and managed DG declarations when required. Provided quotations upon request and was responsible for the monthly closing of files.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree preferred, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, including airfreight and seafreight operations. Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective coordination with clients, agents, and stakeholders.
