Experience (Preferred, but not Required): Previous kitchen or cooking experience in a fast-food or casual dining setting is a plus, but training will be provided. Passion for Cooking: A love for food and a desire to deliver delicious meals to customers consistently. Strong Work Ethic: Ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure during busy shifts. Strong Leadership Potential: A desire to develop management skills and the ability to work effectively with a team.
