The Kitchen Crew is responsible for assisting in food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
1. Able to be carried out morning opening and night closing (food cooking and preparation). 2. Able to understand the customer's order and prepare accordingly with speed and accuracy. 3. Prepare, cook, and served food abiding company's SOP and SFA requirment. Strictly comply to all food station SOPs (to prevent wastage/unknown loss). 4. Replenish foods ingredients and condiments when running low. 5. Able to operate kitchen's machinery (Rice cooker, Inductor cooker, noodle boiler etc) with min supervison. 6. Able to telly and check during receiving of stock from supplier. 7. Ensure all products is kept in proper location, container and storage with lid cover. (eg beef, frozen food,disposable) , Storage is arranged in FIFO method. 8. Attend to superior's instruction and requests promptly. 9. Ensure kitchen area is safe and hygiene to work at.
