The role will be responsible for consolidating business and operational requirements from Wealth Management stakeholders and acting as the primary point of contact between the business, Product & Technology teams, and external vendors or partners. The individual will lead external project coordination, managing scope, timelines, and delivery alignment to ensure successful implementation. They will collaborate closely with Product & Technology teams to automate incentive workflows and calculations, translating incentive schemes and business rules into clear system requirements for implementation and automation. The role will also support user acceptance testing (UAT), business sign-off, and post-implementation refinements. In addition, the candidate will track project progress, proactively identify and flag risks or dependencies, and manage incentive calculation and reporting during the initial phase while transitioning processes toward system-based automation.
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline, with 1–3 years of experience in wealth management, brokerage, fintech, financial services, or the technology industry. They should have experience working on product, technology, or system implementation projects and possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to handle calculations, apply logical thinking, and perform data validation effectively. Experience coordinating with external vendors or partners is preferred, along with good communication and stakeholder management skills. The candidate should also be fluent in both Chinese and English to effectively collaborate with Product and Engineering teams in the Greater China region.
