A strong understanding of asset allocation, portfolio theory, and risk management is essential for the role. The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with professional qualifications such as the CFA or equivalent certification preferred. In addition, proficiency in both Chinese and English is desirable to effectively interact with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders across different geographies.
