Job Detail

Preparation of the sub assembly. Main assembly of the products assigned. Testing of the sub assembly and assembled units. Support the technicians, operators, engineers for the trouble shooting. Ensure the units assembled are in good conditions, following GMP and GDP. Monitor’s tools/jigs performance and performs routine care and maintenance as required. Torque driver and gap tools checking and recording. Ensure that the working area is maintaining a good 5S and always considering and practicing safety pro-cedures on the line. Provide Support to the Engineer for the analysis, ECO and process improvement. Works in partnership with Engineers or technician to resolve equipment or tester problems. Provide support to other production when the situation calls for, support in the packing in the case of urgent requirement for shipment or in the absence of packers. Ensure that the production schedule is meet accordingly. Assist in cross-training team members and co-workers as assigned Ensure that the line is audit-ready all the time. Support, comply and ensure complicity with Health & Safety regulations, the Company Handbook, Quality and Environmental standards, and all other Company policies and procedures. Support the counting of materials during inventory.
