Kitchen Operations • Assist with food preparation following SOP • Rotate across kitchen stations (gunkan, sides, kaburi, grilled items) • Maintain food hygiene standards and perform dishwashing Service Operations • Deliver quality customer service (5 steps): Greet and seat guests Introduce menu and specials Manage tables during dining Handle billing and cashiering Set up and clear tables Closing & Cleaning • Perform closing duties (dishwashing, cleaning stations, maintaining cleanliness) • Clean service and dining areas during off-peak and scheduled sessions • Carry out additional duties as assigned by manager
• Must perform both Kitchen and Service duties • Good communication skills and positive attitude • Willing to learn; proactive and enthusiastic • Able to handle repetitive, physically demanding work • Comfortable with long standing hours and machinery use • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays • Food hygiene certification preferred (class provided if needed) • No experience required (training provided)
