Job Detail

Responsible for handling customer enquiries promptly while ensuring full compliance with customer Standard Operating Procedures. Liaises with overseas agents on various requirements and rates, and prepares shipping documentation for LCL and FCL shipments. Coordinates closely with import and export operations to ensure accuracy in documentation and invoicing, while working with carriers, customers, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of shipments. Manages the arrangement of packing and labelling for Dangerous Goods, provides quotations upon request, and ensures timely monthly closing of files. Also handles Dangerous Goods declarations as required from time to time.

Job Requirements

Candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree, with a minimum of three years of experience in freight forwarding, including airfreight and seafreight operations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively coordinate with stakeholders and manage daily operational requirements.
