Job Detail

Develop and implement the organisation’s learning and development strategy in alignment with business goals and operational requirements. Plan, coordinate, and deliver a high volume of in-house training programmes and orientation sessions across departments. Partner with department heads, line managers, and HR Business Partners to identify training needs, competency gaps and development opportunities. Manage end-to-end training administration, including course registration, scheduling, attendance tracking, training records, training budget and reporting.

Job Requirements

Degree in Human Resources, Business, Hospitality, or related field, with at least 3 years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar role. Strong knowledge of Employment Act and MOM regulations, with good communication, organisational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; ACLP/ACTA certification is an added advantage. Independent, proactive, and people-oriented, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for training and development.
