Plan manpower, optimise room inventory, resolve operational issues, and drive continuous improvement through coaching and process enhancements.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in the hotel industry, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, including shifts on weekends and public holidays.
