Manages, supervises, and coordinates the daily operation of the hotel(s) and ensure that all procedures are performed in accordance with established standards and procedures at all times to reach optimal guest satisfaction. Trains and supervises the Front Office employees in all reception and cashiering procedures and assign tasks as necessary. Ensure that the investigation of irregularities and undesirable guests and checks on room occupancy discrepancies are properly conducted.

Job Requirements

Minimum 4 years of managerial experience in the hotel industry, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, including shifts on weekends and public holidays.
