As a member of our Singapore Brew Crew, you will have the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally. You will enter our famous ‘Barista Academy’ from your very first day and develop expertise in the craft of coffee and tea, gaining valuable career skills — Your development is our priority. As a Barista, you will: Be a World Class Barista (& Tearista!) serving our amazing customers. You bring the passion, we provide the training, and you share the best specialty coffee & tea with the customer. Guide customers through their coffee & tea experience from beginning to end providing exceptional customer service. Serve a full range of products from our famous beverages to delicious food and beautiful merchandise. Create meaningful moments - Share your knowledge, our heritage, and our sustainability practices with customers. Handle cash transactions honestly, efficiently, and accurately. Care about the safety & health of our Brew Crew and customers. Take pride in the appearance of your café, maintaining a clean and organized environment, in accordance with health and safety regulations.
