Responsible for a full range of products from our famous beverages to delicious food and beautiful merchandise. Create meaningful moments - Share your knowledge, our heritage, and our sustainability practices with our Brew Crew and customers. Oversee all financial matters honestly, efficiently, and accurately. Care and manage the safety & health of our Brew Crew and customers. Lead and take pride in the appearance of your café, maintaining a clean and organized environment, in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Our Brew Crew is fueled by curiosity. We embrace new ideas and experiences in the pursuit of bettering ourselves, our organization, and the customers we serve. A minimum of 3 years Café Management experience (or similar Food & Beverage outlet management). Background as a Barista is preferred, but training will be provided. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality Excellent coaching, communication and interpersonal skills. Previous Microsoft office (MS) experience preferred. Strong customer service orientation. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
