As a Kitchen Assistant, you will: Food Preparation: Washing, peeling, cutting, and preparing ingredients; assisting cooks with meal preparation. Kitchen Cleanliness: Washing dishes, cleaning and sanitizing work surfaces, equipment, and utensils; maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Inventory and Stock Management: Monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies, and ensuring proper food storage. Food Safety and Hygiene: Following food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring proper food handling and storage practices. Assisting Kitchen Staff: Supporting with various tasks, such as setting up workstations, preparing ingredients, and assisting with plating dishes. Other Duties: Unloading deliveries, cleaning and organizing the kitchen, and performing other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
