- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth execution and consistent delivery of high service standards. - Review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure all special requests and event details are fulfilled accurately. - Supervise and support the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring layout, table settings, and equipment meet established standards. - Monitor service flow and guest satisfaction throughout events or dining periods, providing guidance and assistance to staff where necessary. - Handle guest inquiries, feedback, or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Manager on Duty when required. - Provide on-the-job coaching and training to team members, ensuring they understand and adhere to standard operating procedures. - Conduct pre-service briefings to communicate key information, assignments, and service expectations to the team. - Oversee beverage and equipment inventory, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and proper maintenance. - Enforce hygiene, grooming, and safety standards in accordance with hotel and regulatory requirements. - Identify and address operational gaps or service inconsistencies to enhance overall efficiency and guest experience. - Foster a positive and professional working environment, motivating staff to perform to their best potential. - Support cross-departmental collaboration and assist in special projects or events as assigned by manager. - Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors, carrying them out diligently and professionally.
- O-Level or equivalent - At least 1 year of relevant experience in banquet or hospitality industry - Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends or Public Holidays
