Attend to customer enquiries and requests via telephone and face-to-face interactions in a professional and courteous manner. Provide clear, accurate and helpful information to members regarding facilities, services and company policies. Handle and resolve customer feedback, complaints and issues promptly while maintaining a high standard of service. Update member records and ensure all documentation is accurate and properly maintained. Support the coordination and execution of member events and activities. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes, procedures and service standards. Provide support in retail sales operations, including promoting products and services to walk-in members.
Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably within the fitness, retail or hospitality industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of customers. Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to handle enquiries and feedback professionally. Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office to support administrative duties. A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service and contributing positively to a team environment. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Willing and able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
