1. Manage the onboarding of new customers, ensuring all "Know Your Customer" (KYC) is in place. 2. Responsible for liaising with the Clients on all commercial matters ensuring that all additional services are contractually agreed and charged. 3. Responsible for liaising with the logistics department ensuring that contractual obligations are being met. 4. Responsible for compilation of Commercial and Market reports to Management. 5. Supporting the Commercial Manager in developing business opportunities and maintaining market awareness. 6. Responsible for ensuring monthly storage invoices are correctly applied. 7. Supporting the annual budgeting process by forecasting revenue based on account performance and contract renewals. 8. Perform any other roles & responsibilities as assigned.
• Minimum Diploma holder/Degree in Business Management • Strong written and oral communications skills • Commercial / Financial background • 2 years’ experience in Petroleum or Chemical Industry • Familiar with ERP and SAP an advantage
