Maintenance Supervisor (Mechanical)

Job Detail

Develop and update mechanical maintenance plans and schedules to ensure alignment with terminal standards, procedures and regulatory requirements. Oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, commissioning and replacement of mechanical equipment including Boil-off Gas (BOG) compressors, cryogenic pumps, marine loading arms, storage tanks and pressure vessels. Supervise contractors and vendors to ensure safe and reliable mechanical work and improvement projects. Review and analyse equipment performance to identify anomalies and recommend improvements to optimise equipment reliability and lifespan. Prepare and maintain Preventive Maintenance (PM) checklists, Method Statements and Risk Assessments (MSRAs) as required. Monitor and achieve maintenance KPIs, including coaching and guidance of technicians. Plan and manage manpower deployment for maintenance activities. Support spare parts and warehouse management activities, including stock checks, critical spare reviews, purchase requisitions. Provide scope of work, raise Purchase Requisitions (PRs), and participate in vendor evaluation for outsourced maintenance services or technical work. Assist in budget forecasting, monitoring expenditures and manage approved budget. Participate in emergency response procedures and be assigned to any specific roles and responsibilities for such purpose.
