Job Detail

Business & Client Support • Attend tender site show rounds, prepare sales quotations/proposals and pitch presentations to potential and existing clients. • Understand and review client needs to ensure service offerings remain competitive and aligned with expectations. • Engage in supplier coordination to achieve cost efficiency. • Keep abreast of trends in Environmental Services and Integrated Facilities Management sectors to identify potential opportunities or risks. Customer Service & Relationship Management • Maintain strong client relationships through prompt, professional handling of enquiries and service issues. • Work closely with operations teams to uphold service quality in line with company standards and contractual obligations. • Working closely with other departments including Operations, Human Resource, Finance, Procurement, Technology and Safety to ensure smooth workflow and alignment. • Coordinate and maintain accurate service reports and process payments for cleaners in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

• Prior experience in sales support, client servicing, or administrative coordination preferred. • Minimum Diploma Degree. • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities. • A proactive, self-motivated team player with a strong sense of responsibility
