Diploma holder in any discipline Comfortable working in an outdoor adventure setting Able to work on weekday nights / weekends as needed for programmes and/or camps. Team player with strong interpersonal skill and ability to work cohesively in a team environment and across diverse cultures Good facilitation, organizational and project management skills
