Production Training Lead

This role is expected to enable trainers, curriculum developers and employees to deliver and improve overall safety, quality, delivery, compliance needs and employee development. • Partner with engineers to create & develop training materials and ensure it is aligned with business need compliance, operational and industry standards. • Develop JIBS (Job Instruction Breakdown sheet) and assessment tools such as theoretical test, with respect to individual skill sets involved. • Conduct training and assessment in accordance to JIBS training materials. • Design and develop comprehensive training programs that address skill gaps and improve employee performance. • Facilitate training sessions using various methods such as classroom training and one-on-one coaching to support employee’s participation. • Develop metrics to track and evaluate effectiveness of training programs and training outcomes to identify improvements for future sessions. • Coordinate with department heads and people managers to align training with business objectives by applying specific training needs analysis and implementation process. • Regularly update training programs to reflect changes in company policies, procedures, and technologies, if there is any. • Maintain production training documentation, materials and other related items to meet audit, compliance and employees’ training needs. • Other duties as assigned.
