The Demand & Supply Planning, Senior Executive is responsible for delivering accurate demand forecasts and end-to-end inventory management. The role ensures stable product availability, cost-effective inventory levels and compliant supply flow from overseas suppliers to stores, supporting sales performance, promotions and festive programmes while safeguarding continuity of supply.
Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related discipline. With minimum 3 years of relevant experience in demand and supply planning, preferably within FMCG or retail industry. Experienced in forecasting, data analytics, inventory planning, supply chain concepts, statistical forecasting, and related processes. Proficient in data analysis and planning tools; strong Microsoft Excel skills. Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
